Our Client is an MNC shipping business. Due to business developments they are looking to hire an Admin Manager to join them in Singapore.
In this position you will be working as part of the regional HQ team in Singapore. Responsibilities will include:
- Manage office administration team including reception, facilities, travel, pantry
- Facilities management and coordinating office related matters
- Procurement of office supplies
- Vendor and contract management
- Office renovation and sourcing
- Providing admin support to the Managing Director
The ideal person for this role will be able to demonstrate:
- Likely to have around 5+ years relevant experience in a senior administration / office management role
- Organised / accurate / efficient
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
