Our Client is an MNC shipping business. Due to business developments they are looking to hire HR Generalist to join them in Singapore.
In this position you will be working as part of the regional HR team partnering with the business and working across all areas of Human Resources. Responsibilities will include:
- Involved in recruitment and on boarding of employees
- Generating payroll for regional HQ in Singapore
- Organising the various insurance policies and other benefits for staff
- Supporting international relocations of expatriate staff to and from Singapore office
- Liaising with finance on cash flow for salary payments
- Supporting other regional offices outside of Singapore
The ideal person for this role will be able to demonstrate:
- Likely to have around 2 to 5 years relevant experience as HR generalist
- Degree in HR / Business Studies etc
- Good knowledge of Singapore labour law and experience working with government / MOM / MPA etc
- Excellent communication skills
