Our Client is an international shipping and logistics business. Due to business expansion they are looking to hire a Marketing Communications & Customer Engagement Executive to join them in Singapore.

In this role you will have two main areas of responsibility:

  1. Project related work on improving the CRM system
    • Liaise with developer on customization of Sales Force CRM
    • Maintain and customise CRM applications – build reports, workflows etc
    • Work with users to develop best practice for use of CRM
    • Train and encourage users on CRM
  2. Marketing Communications
    • Strategise, analyse, monitor and execute social media and online presence for the company
    • Tailor marketing communications to specific customers
    • Manage corporate campaigns
    • Crisis communication planning, working with senior stakeholders to prepare and react in event of crisis incidents
    • Maintain company’s website, LinkedIn and other social media accounts
    • Manage internal communications
    • Monitoring and sharing relevant news stories with the commercial team and management

The ideal person for this role will be able to demonstrate:

  • At least 2 years relevant experience in business communications / marketing
  • Shipping / Maritime experience strongly preferred
  • University degree in marketing / corporate communications etc
